mongol 800@千葉marine stadium（summersonic 2002）
噂のモンゴル800を初めて見る。みんなで歌える明るいわかりやすいメロディ。実は演奏は相当達者だし（特にベースがかっこいー！）、深いことも歌ってるのだけど、ヒットしてるポイントはみんなで大声で歌えるということな気がする。要はgreendayなんだな。だからだめとかいらないとかいうんでなく、その逆で、ようやくロックが日常になったんだなあと感慨深い。ロックというものは、まあ特に洋楽にその傾向が強いのだけど、どこか村社会的なところがあって、わかるやつにしかわからないとか部外者を拒否する空気がある。でももんぱちはそういうのからすごく自由で、誰でもふつーにロックを楽しめるとこまで来たのだなあと。みんなで歌えるロックがやっと出てきたのね。祝福すべし。
