朝まで仕事コースが続く日々なのだが、誕生日なので自分プレゼントちうことで、愛しのsuedeのライブへ。最新アルバム「a new morning」をひっ下げて、なのだが、アルバム発売直前の昨夏サマソニで見てるので、ややありがたみが薄め（笑）。ムキムキbrettもなんだかもう見慣れたし。うしし。
「a new morning」は正直それほどはまんなかったんだけど、suedeのすごいとこは、古いのも新しいのもどちらも違和感なく鳴らせること。そういえば今回、1stの頃みたくマイクのコードをながーく伸ばしてくるくる回してたな。「the wild ones」ではいつも泣けてしまう。bernardが抜けてrichardが加入するまでの、brettが一番つらかった時期にシングルカットしたから、PVが美しすぎて痛々しくて、ってのを思い出してしまうので、それでも潰れなかったbrettの強靱な精神に毎回ここで脱帽する。いまはrichardとalexの才能豊かなきれいどころを従えて堂々たるもの。まぢすごい。尊敬する。今回、過去最大の驚き。アンコールでbrettがアコギ1つでひとりで登場。なんとあの「stay together」収録の「the living dead」を弾きがたり！これがすごく自然なのよ。bernardが書いたんだとばかり思ってたけど（まあ書いたのかも知れないけど）、brett、なかなかやるなあ。
