ひさびさに外での打ち合わせなしの日。それでもなんだかバタバタ。もう年末が見えてきたので、年内にやっとかなきゃなんないことをこなさないと。
お昼はTさんのゴージャスランチ企画で麹町の三城というメニューのない、しかもお昼時しかやってないおそば屋さんへ。ここはすごいよ。ほのかな明かりの店内には大振りの梅の枝が生けてある。席に通されると何も頼まなくても山菜（今日はなめこと辛み大根の和え物）と「岩波」という日本酒が一合出てくる。このお酒が絶品！世の中で流行ってる日本酒はたいてい味がきつくて好きじゃないので滅多に飲まないのだが、これはふんわりとやわらかくておいしい。でも女将さんによるとあまり市販はしてないよう。最近流行の味の濃ゆい料理には合わず「味が薄い」といわれるんだそうだ。なんともったいない。山菜とお酒が空いた頃にせいろ登場。少し太めでつるつるしこしこのおそば。つゆがまた鰹だしが効いてて、しょっぱすぎずすばらしい。東京のそば屋さんはわりとつゆが濃ゆく、ちょっとだけつけてずるずると喉ごしを味わうのが通とか言われるが、あたしはつゆをたっぷりつけてもぐもぐ食べるのが好きなんだよ（笑）。でその気持ちに応えてくれるおいしいつゆでした。せいろは量が少なめなのでもう1枚追加。最初は食べ急いでいつものクセで薬味全部入れちゃったが、今度は薬味なしでいってみる（順番逆やが・爆）。うまいーーー。そば湯がたっぷりと三種の漬け物（今日は白菜、野沢菜、しょうがの味噌漬け）。さらに花豆をふっくらと炊いたのとおまけでかりんの煮たのが出て、わりと青々しいしっかりしたお茶をいただいてゲームセット。結構なお味でした。落ち着いたお店だし、女将さんは世が世ならどこぞの武家のお姫さまじゃないかという上品さで、ほいほい声をかけるのが憚られる感じがしたんだが、逆に女将さんにマフラーというかストールをチェックされてしまう（笑）。のでお酒の銘柄だの煮豆の種類だのお漬け物だのなんだかんだと聞き返しちゃった。お値段はせいろが1枚なら2000円、2枚なら4000円。これには山菜、日本酒、漬け物、甘味すべて含む、です。いろいろ異論のある人はいるだろうし、一緒に行く人はものすごく選ぶけど、あたしはしっかり“大人メモ”に書いといたさ。ふふふ。

First off I would like to say wonderful blog! I had a quick question that I'd like to ask if you do not mind. I was curious to know how you center yourself and clear your thoughts before writing. I've had a hard time clearing my thoughts in getting my ideas out there. I truly do take pleasure in writing but it just seems like the first 10 to 15 minutes tend to be wasted just trying to figure out how to begin. Any ideas or hints? Kudos!

Good points…I would note that as someone who really doesn’t write on blogs much (in fact, this may be my first post), I don’t think the term “lurker” is very flattering to a non-posting reader. It’s not your fault really , but perhaps the blogosphere could come up with a better, non-creepy name for the 90% of us that enjoy reading the content .
