Obsidian Bar & Restaurant
泊ってるホテルの地下にあるバー＆レストラン、Obsidianで夕飯。最近英国はイタリアンやフレンチの影響を受けたModern Britishの旨い店がガンガン増えてますが、ここはまぢ脱帽！マンチェのフードフェスティバルで2004年のbest newcomerに選ばれただけのことはあり、ホントに旨い。サラダ（かぼちゃ、パルマハム、ロケット、パルメザンチーズで、古バルサミコ酢を添えて）、メイン（タラのロースト、パプリカとホウレン草添え、バジルソース、写真）、デザートのManchester Tartまで全部！バターはエシレの無塩でうますぎだし（ううう）。
ここがすてきなのは味だけじゃない。内装がそもクールだし、何よりスタッフが最高！キビキビしててよく気がつくし、適度にフレンドリーだし、とてもサービスが気持ちいい。マンチェに住んでたら間違いなく通う！マンチェにお越しの際は是非。でもすごく込むから要予約。

Hm, I am comfortable with this however not utterly convinced, so i am going to research a touch more.
