さ和鳥＠麻布十番
昨晩は麻布十番のさ和鳥で水炊き。ここの水炊きは白濁鶏ガラスープでまぢ絶品なのだが、以前はふにふにに痛んでる畳、ちっけー折り畳み式のちゃぶ台、ボロっちいカセットコンロ、ととにかく店が汚かったんだが、ひさびさに行ったらすげーきれいになってた！ゴザが敷き詰めてあったので畳はたぶん替えてないけど、テーブルも大きくなったし、立派なガスコンロが内蔵されてるし。しかも店員が以前は「とっとと喰ってとっとと帰れ」的態度だったのに、愛想よくなってたし。もしかしたら鍋シーズンの終わりで気持ちに余裕があったのかも。しかし旨かった！特に最後の雑炊ときたらもお（泣）。具材の出汁をたっぷり吸った白濁鶏ガラスープをごはんに染み込ませて余すところなく喰い尽くすんだから。いっこ気になるのは、かつては死ぬほどお腹いっぱいになったのに、腹八分目だったこと。いやこのくらいの量でちょうどいいんだけど、なんか減ったのかなあと思って。
