湯あたりに負けず、昼ごはん作り
酸ヶ湯2日目。朝から頭痛＆気持ち悪い。完全に湯あたりを引きずってる。朝ごはんはほとんど食べられず。しかしごろごろ寝てばかりいると寝過ぎで頭痛がひどくなるので、頑張って千人風呂に向かう。筋肉痛は動いて治す、みたいな。奥にあるお湯はキツイそうなので、手前のねつの湯に1分だけ（短！）浸かってすぐに出る。部屋に戻って1時間半ほど仮眠。起きるとほぼ頭痛がなくなってるでわないか！ようやく慣れてきたー。で張り切って昼ごはんづくり。昨日青森駅近くの市場で買ったハタハタの鍋。ハタハタを鍋に入れるという感覚がなかったんだが、市場の魚屋さんが薦めてくれたので。ワタとヒレだけ取って、ぶつ切りにして鍋に投入。あとはアサリ、白菜、春菊、えのき、豆腐など。思った以上にいい出汁が出て旨い！

Aw, this was a really quality post. In theory I'd like to write like this also - taking time and real effort to make a good article... but what can I say... I procrastinate alot and never seem to get anything done... Regards
