餓鬼の集団
昨夜は友人宅でホームパーティ。ここ数回どうもみな食が細くなったのか食物の減りが悪かったのだが、今回はすごかった！あたしのこの会での所定位置はキッチンで、ひたすら飯を作り皿を洗っているのだが、ひさびさにカタルシス！（笑）人数が10数人と多かったせいもあるけどね。
毎回場所を提供してくれるDさまはほんとにお料理が上手。スペアリブのビール煮とかラムのグリルとかナムルとか生春巻きとか。でもでもやっぱ最新ヒットは「チャーシュー巻き巻き」！なんと自家製チャーシューを作ってくれるんだよ。それを生春巻きの皮にサラダ菜とともに巻き巻きして食べるのだが、下手な北京ダックよりずっとずっと旨いーーー！
今回のもひとつの発見が宮崎産の「完熟アップルマンゴー」（写真）。親の実家が宮崎なこともあり、激旨と評判なのは知ってたんだけど、ほんとに高くていままで手が出なくって。法事の度に地元の果物屋さんや空港で見てたんだけど、地元メリットゼロ。大玉が6000円とか平気でするんだもん。でも小降りとはいえ通常2玉で4800円するところが、なんと半額の2400円ってのをYahoo!ショッピングで発見したので、お取り寄せしてみたんだよねー。
で実際食べてみたところ、これが超弩級、驚愕の激旨！散々喰い散らかしてお腹ぱんぱんになった後にデザートとしてパパイヤとピンクグレープフルーツと混ぜて出したんだけど、10数人が再び餓鬼の集団と化して5分と経たずなくなったし（爆）。いやー高いだけのことはあるわ。まじこれは食べる価値アリ。 通常価格じゃ高いけど、いまなら半額だし。
ってんで週末父の日で実家に帰るのに備えて、また注文しちゃったよ（笑）。
