出雲そば本家＠神保町
いま調査をかけているのだが、その調査票を見に神保町へ。少し早めに行って、都内で唯一の出雲の割子そば専門店というふれこみの「出雲そば本家」でお昼。割子そばの5段（写真）ってのを食べる。わんこそばよりはおっきいけど、普通の1枚よりは少ない量。薬味をいろいろ使って喰う。黒い田舎蕎麦でけっこーぶっといせいか、かなり食べでがある。なかなかお腹空かないよー。なんか穴子そばとか一品料理とかもおいしそう。いいおそば屋さんって、一品料理がいいんだよね〜。一度夜に行ってみたい店。
