金谷ホテルの百年ライスカレー
本日「旅行博」なるイベントに行って来ましたが、その片隅にあったホテルグルメコーナーで金谷ホテル百年ライスカレーを発見！日光金谷ホテルで石蔵の中から発見された100年前のレシピを再現したそうで、金谷ホテル顧問の小山薫堂さんが命名。小山薫堂さんファンなこともあって前から興味があったので、もちろん即買♪ビーフとチキン＆マッシュルームの2種類を買いました。今日は帰りに軽く飲みに行っちゃったのでまだ食べてないけど、どうやらルーと具が別々のレトルトに入ってる模様。どんな味なんかなあ。楽しみ〜♪

チキン＆マッシュルームを食しました！
欧風で酸味がほんのりあってさわやか…でもあとはわりとふつー。
でも面白かったのは
「このルーには添付した具の他にも、次のような具も合います」
って書いてあったこと。
別に添付の具で食べなくてもいいよーという突き放しっぷりがイイ！
小山薫堂さんは売れっ子放送作家さんです。
薫堂さんを知らなくてもきっと彼の番組は知ってるに違いない。
古くは「カノッサの屈辱」「進め！電波少年」「料理の鉄人」から、
最近では「世界遺産」「トリセツ」「東京ワンダーホテル」
「ニューデザインパラダイス」「お厚いのがお好き？」などなど。
深夜番組好きにはたまらない放送作家さんなのデス。
