自分の浅い知識では“ボヤ”というモノが何ものかわからないデス。
もしそれで世間知らずと言われても生きていく自信はありますけど（笑）
nyaaさん、ボヤとは何デスか？

「オオグチボヤ」は「いつも大きな口を開けてるみたいなホヤ」のことデス！
ホヤってほらあのオレンジでいぼいぼがついてるグロいなまこの親戚みたいなヤツ。
別名“海のパイナップル”←見たまんまやん。

酢の物とかにして食べるけど、ちょと生臭いのでnyaaはあまり得意ではありません。
会社のヒトがくれたホヤの薫製は臭みがなくておいしかったケド。

Ken.NYさん, nice questionです．実は私もオオグチボヤは知らなかったのです。（ホヤはスーパーのたこ売り場の隣などで よく見かけますけれど。・・・でも私も食べたことはありませんでしたよ．自分で料理するにはちょっと勇気がいる・・・（笑））

あたしも自分では調理したことはないのですが、
なんかやたらとホヤ好きな友達がいたので、何度か食したことが
（だってあると絶対頼むんだもん）。
