ホントに形が見えてきません。一向にギアが上がる気配もなく。
キーノが発した言葉が正しいように思えてきて泣けてきます。
チェルシー戦を迎えるには最悪の流れですね。

おはようございます。
いやーキビシイですね。
今日は絶対勝たなきゃいけなかったんですけどねえ。

誰かいまAlanがやってるholding MFやれる子、ユナイテッドにいませんかね？
誰かいればその子に任せて、Alanを前に上げてほしいんですけど。
やっぱガリガリ行かなきゃいけない試合でも、あの位置ではどうしたらいいのか、
Alanは途方に暮れてると思うのですよ。
前に置いとけば、勝手に体が動いてガリガリ行っちゃうと思うんで。
昨季の序盤、1ストライカーで頑張ってた頃、何度もロスタイムとかで決定的なゴール決めて、
チームを救ってたじゃないですか！
あれをまたAlanにやってもらうには、前に置いとくしかないですよ！！！

今のユナイテッドでは悲しいかな、Holding MF 出来る子はいないんじゃないデスかね。
チームもプレミア始まって最悪の状況。

簡単ではないデスけど、戦術がないなら作ればいい。
CHELSEA, JUVENTUS, BARCELONA, AC MILAN, ･･･
彼らみたいなのを期待しているんじゃなくて、
この際は誰かを柱としてチームを作っていく必要がある。
その選手がいない時はどうすんの？、とか言ってる場合でもない。
一時しのぎの感があるのは否めないし、今は８０年代以前のように一人の選手が全てを決めれるっていうサッカーではないってことも分かってる。
みんな若いからいい！っていう状況じゃないやん！
それこそWayneでもいい（まだ気持ちは“若い”けど、プレーは一番☆）、Alanくんでもいい（彼こそ“魂”を継げる選手だよ！）、チーム内に輝く柱を立てて欲しい。

若いからその他の選手の反感を買う･･･？？
ただ言うだけの選手が外していいと思う。
それくらいの気持ちがないと、ユナイテッドのスタメンはれないよ、実際は！
アイツがどう、とか言う前に自分のプレーをしてもらわないと。
そして、相手から恐れられるくらいの“赤い悪魔”にならないと。

それと何があっても、お金（グレイザー）に媚びるなよ！ってコト。

完全に自己満足な意見に終始しました。

最後にHolding MFで欲しい選手を一人挙げるなら自分は間違いなく

なんともお粗末すぎる内容でした。
ボロに負けてリールに負けて･･･
これでチェルシーに負けてジ・エンドとなりそうです。
現時点でこの流れを断ち切る好材料が思い当たりません。
そうなるとさすがにファギーも退任でしょうか。

いつでもどこでも戦術ありき、ではないけれど、
危機的状況だからこそ、最低限の約束が必要だと思う。
それを選手の自主性だけに任せてはいけないと思う。
プロのフットボールチームなんだし、
そのために監督やコーチは高い給料をもらってんだから。
特にいまは怪我人続出なこともあって、
本来のポジションとは違うところを任せられてる選手も結構いるから、
余計に監督やコーチの指導力が求められてる。

もちろん選手自らが奮起することはmustだけど。
というか、奮起できない選手はいくら実績があっても外すべき。

いまのユナイテッドで試合に出てる子の中だと、
リーダー候補はAlanしかいないと思う。
あの気性はまさにリーダーとして求められてるもの。

でもいまのAlanにはMFとしての実績がない。
実績がないと正直、リーダーとして機能しないと思う。
もしストライカーとしてピッチに立ってたら、
とっくにリーダー張ってるんじゃ…と思うとくやしい。

Daniele de Rossiくんはいいよね。
つい2年くらい前はボール扱いは上手かったけど、まだ線が細かったのに、
あっという間にローマでもイタリア代表でも、
彼なしはあり得ない！ってとこまで存在感を高めた。
若くたって、リーダーできる子はいるもんね。

実績を考えると、リーダーはWayneに任せるしかないかなあ。
気性の強さは人一倍だし。ちょっと激しすぎることもあるけど、
Beckhamだってイングランド代表のキャプテンを任せられてから
責任感が強くなってぐっと落ち着いたし、
もー最悪な状態なんだから、この際Wayneに任せてみるってのもいいかもね…

リール戦のゴール,私も同じように思ってしまいました．あの場合マンツーマンでケアしなくてはいけなかったんですよね．私たちはSmithyを応援しているから　どうしても厳しい見方になってしまうけれど　あれは表向きオシェイのミスでしょう．それに近くにリオとブラウンもいたことだし・・・Smithy一人の責任ではないでしょう．nyaaさん、大丈夫ですよ．Smithyは精神的とても強いから、きっと自分自身の力で成長していってくれると思いますよ.
