鮨割烹 黒瀬＠西新宿
突貫工事で進めてた仕事がさまざまな妨害に遭い、一気にペースダウンを余儀なくされる。もー1年くらいこんなんばっかだが、いまは自ら闘える位置にいるのが救い。スケジュール的には実は正常に戻ったので（;^^A、きっちりいいもの作って、いろんなシカケもぬかりなくして、来年絶対出してやる。予算も付けてもらったし、交渉事も建設的な喧嘩も望むところ。戦闘モード全開！
今晩はひさびさにH嬢とごはん。dancyuの最新号が鮨特集だったせいでなんとなく鮨モードになったので、“養殖・冷凍は一切使わない”のに“怖くない”お鮨屋さんであるところの鮨割烹 黒瀬へ。ラッキーなことに仲良しのF嬢がお店にいらっしゃる。シュワシュワ好き、ワイン好きなので、F嬢オススメのシャンパーニュ1本で通す。Lansonでしたが、キリッと辛口で魚に合う！さすがF嬢。刺盛、ポン酢白子、ワカサギの天ぷら、何もかもおいしいのだが、今日のメインはカニ！しかも今季初の香箱！こないだランチに行った銀座の祗をん八咫で板前さんが夜の仕込みでむいてるのを見て以来何だかお預け状態でしたが、ようやくありつけました。もー気がはやって写真撮るの忘れたし（笑）。内子とカニ味噌が濃厚で旨い〜。絶品です。〆はやはり鮨（写真）。またもワガママ言って赤貝の“ヒモ”も握っていただきました（赤貝本体よりヒモが好き）。満足満足。ほんとにお鮨屋さんに行ったときだけは日本人に生まれてよかったと思う。しかし今日は2人だったので断念した「タラバガニの具足煮」をシーズン中に絶対食べなきゃ！

Hey there, I think your website might be having browser compatibility issues. When I look at your blog site in Ie, it looks fine but when opening in Internet Explorer, it has some overlapping. I just wanted to give you a quick heads up! Other then that, awesome blog!
