ラ・バスティード＠三田
Tさんとお昼。三田に遠征して、旨いという噂のイタ飯屋さんのセレーナに行ったのだけど、12時ぴったりくらいで既に満席。次回トライ、ということにして、三田5丁目の交差点にあるフレンチ、ラ・バスティードへ。これが当たり！パスタランチA（スープ、パスタ、デザート、コーヒー／紅茶／ハーブティ、1890円也）にしましたが、これが何もかもおいしいのよー。まず突き出しに出たパルミジャーノを仕込んだ一口サイズのスナックから早速旨い！スープは野菜をたっぷり使ったコンソメベース。野菜の旨みが溶け出してやさしい味。パスタはペンネで、ソースはイカのボロネーズ風（写真）。たしかにイカなんだが、それと同時にボロネーズでもある。不思議～。こちらはしっかりした味。毎朝焼いている自家製パンはもっちりでこれまた旨い。でデザートがさらにびっくり！カボチャとショウガのアイスクリームだったのですが、デザートというより、メインのひと皿という感じ。カボチャのアイスは、ちょうどビシソワーズのカボチャ版をアイスに仕立てた感じ、といったら通じるかな。ショウガは生姜湯を生クリーム仕立てにしてアイスにした感じ。さっぱりはもちろんなんだけど、さらにやさしいんですね。実はこれに金柑のコンポートが添えてあったんだけど、オレンジピール系は大の苦手でTさんにあげちゃったので味は不明。あ、お店のヒトはすごく細やかなサービスをしてくれていて、最初に苦手なものを聞いてくれたのですが、私が申告を忘れたために出てきたのです（しいたけとアップルパイは申告したんだけど）。
パスタランチ、1890円
昼は半地下のみ開けているのだけど、夜は中2階のオープンキッチンに面したカウンター席も使えます。半地下の部分は着席で20人までのパーティができるそう。夜のコースは3990円から。お店のヒトにもらったチラシによると、オープンしてまだ半年ちょっとだそうです（以前この場所にラビラントのパン／ケーキ屋があったそう）。野菜料理の評判がいいので、今年は野菜料理を充実させるんだって。次はぜひ夜行ってみたい。会社からも5分くらいだし、ここはオススメ！毎日のランチとしては高いけど、たまにプチ贅沢するにはいいお店です。
そして今日はTさんにご馳走になってしまったのでした。ありがとうございました！
