Alan、ギプス取れました！
ひさびさに我が愛するAlan Smithくんの情報が入りましたっ！コメント元は、Alanの代理人のAlex Blackと、マンUのケイロスコーチです。
まず通常のギプスは今週月曜日に外していて、現在は「air cast」というので固定してます（これ、かな）。これであと2、3週間固定するそう。air castが外れたら、いよいよ本格的にリハビリ開始！ちなみにちょっと休暇を取ったそうで、休暇から戻ってきてお医者さんに診てもらったんだそうです。
さらにケイロスコーチによると、来週、骨折した足首を固定するために入れていたピンを外すため、再手術するとのこと。もうジムでのトレーニングは始められる状態ですし、他の運動も徐々にするみたい。でも決して焦ってリハビリを始めるのではないようで、「復帰はやはり来秋というのが現実的」とAlanの代理人のAlex Blackは言ってます。
ギプスが取れたのはすごくうれしい！ギプスしてるとそっちの足の筋肉がどんどん落ちちゃって、バランス悪くなっちゃうので。軽い筋トレ、というかちょろと負荷かけて動かすだけでも全然違うから、それができる状態になったのはいいですね〜。でもAlanの姿を早く見たいのですが、焦って他のとこ故障してほしくないので、じっくり取り組んでほしいデス。

もう一回手術は、これまた大変そうですが、スミスには頑張って乗り越えて欲しいです！！！

今週手術なはずなので、まあピン外すだけなのでだいじょうぶとは思いつつ、
でもちょと心配です。取り敢えず続報を待ちまする。
引っ越しで古いプリンターを捨てちゃったので進みませんでしたが、
新しいプリンターが来たので、ようやく手紙を送る準備ができます！

This is a smart blog. I mean it. You have so much knowledge about this issue, and so much passion. You also know how to make people rally behind it, obviously from the responses. Youve got a design here thats not too flashy, but makes a statement as big as what youre saying. Great job, indeed.
