妻家房本店＠四谷
打ち合わせの帰りに、四谷の妻家房本店でお昼。ずっと行きたかったんだけど、行く機会を逃しまくってたのでうれしい。ランチはユッケジャンクッパ（写真、820円也）を選択。辛いけどどこかまろやかで旨い！そして付け合わせのキムチがまた旨い！

トウガラシそのものに甘みと丸みがあるせいか、辛くても頭にがつんとはこなくて、むしろまろやか。これって韓国のトウガラシなのかなあ。トウガラシはものすごーくたくさん種類があるので、辛みの強さもタイプもまちまち。ピーマンとかもとうがらしだしね。昔先輩がインドに留学してたんだが、そこで知り合った韓国からの留学生が現地のトウガラシを使ってキムチを作ったら、本人が「辛くて食べられない」と泣いてたそうだし。1階にいろんなキムチが売ってて思わず買いそうになったけど、今日は夜出かけるので泣く泣く断念。
ここはまたゆっくり夜来たいです。
