生JB
JBことjames brownが亡くなっちゃいましたねー。熱烈なファンだった訳じゃないけど、「blues brothers」に出てたキュートでいかれてる牧師役のJBはだいすきだったし、JBのDVDも何気にもってるし、それに生JBと遭遇したあるし、でけっこーがーん。
生JBと遭遇したのは1998年の夏だったか、イタリアのサルディニア島に行った帰り、ロンドンへのフライトをローマの空港で待ってたとき。乗り継ぎがあまりうまくなくて、カリアリから早めにローマに着いちゃったんだが、カウンターの前には楽器やらスピーカーやらの機材がわんさか置いてあって、なんかミュージシャンだかビックバンドだかのご一行さまがいるんだろうなあとぼーっと見てたら、いたのさJBが！それほどヒトも多くなかったけど、それにしたってあまり気づかれていなくて、でも周りの気づいた数人（知らんヒトたち）でJBのとこに行って「JBだよね」「サインしてー」「写真撮ってー」なんて言ったらでっかいボディガードにがんと阻止されて。でもJB本人は気さくなおっさんで、「いいよいいよ〜」なんて言って気軽にサインしてくれたり、写真一緒に撮ってくれたり。nyaaは一緒に写真撮ってもらいました。なんかね、背はnyaaより低いのよ。でも体がビア樽。ぶ厚かったー。あれがあの声を生み出す基なんだろう。写真撮ってもらいながらちょこちょこ話してたら「今年は日本にも行くよー」とか言ってたなあ。
でロンドンまでのフライト一緒だったんだけど、JBはわっかりやすーく北欧系？のロングストレートの金髪の若い美女を侍らせて当然ファースト。でもJBのマネージャー（兼ボディガード？やたらとがたいがよかった）はビジネスクラス（笑）。ファーストとビジネスの間はしっかりカーテンで仕切られちゃってるから、あれじゃあなんかされても（しても？）わかんないし。しかしそのパワー、それでこそJBだぜ！と妙に感心した。
生でライブを見なかったのが悔やまれる。あんなsoul god他にいないし。RIP.

年の最後に現地で応援できてうれしかったです。レディング戦は勝ちましたし♪
今季年内は調子よくて楽しかったですね。

Hey - nice blog, just looking around some blogs, seems a pretty nice platform you are using. I'm currently using Wordpress for a few of my sites but looking to change one of them over to a platform similar to yours as a trial run. Anything in particular you would recommend about it?
