べっさんが！
イングランドの誇り、我らがDavid Beckhamが、日曜日のキエーボ戦でアキレス腱断裂の大怪我を負ってしまいました。すぐにフィンランドに飛び、専門医の執刀による手術を受けましたが、以前に負ったアキレス腱の怪我よりも重いらしく、復帰は6月中旬ぐらいかと言われてる模様。W杯には準備期間がギリギリ足りなくて、W杯出場はかなり厳しそうだとのこと。
つい先週、べっさんがCLでオールドトラッフォードに帰ってきて、ミランのユニ着てユナイテッドと戦ったのを見たばかり。ピッチに入るときにファンの大歓声を聞いてうるっとしてて、ぴっぽに絶妙なクロスをゴル前に入れてくれて、試合終わってOTのファンみんなに拍手送ってくれて、っていつもどおりのべっさんを見てうれしくて仕方なかったのに、こんなことになるなんて……。
でも、2002年の日韓W杯の直前も怪我したけど驚異的な回復を見せて出場してくれたし、もっかい奇跡を最後まで信じたい。前よりもずっとずっと厳しい怪我だってわかってるけど、いまガタガタしてるイングランド代表からべっさんがいなくなるのは痛すぎる、、、
